span A growing Hedge Fund Service provider is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst. The firm manages a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients and the role will be heavily involved with the analysis of the accounts, reports, and projections, as well as collaboration with Executive management in order to optimize business efficiencies of the organization as a whole. The firm offers a generous salary of B $90,000 - $110,000 + 10-50% Bonus /B , commensurate with experience and the firm's quarterly performance, provides a full benefits package, and weekly catered lunches. br   br B Responsibilities: /B br ul
li Review, analyze, and interpret monthly results and projections, including risks and opportunities for business development and growth with corresponding financial executives and teams /li li Assist accounting team to ensure an accurate and timely  month-end close /li li Oversee all variance analysis processes; interpret variance data and convey findings to executive management /li li Working with controllers and associated staff on the development and reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial  forecasts /li li Become strategic partner to department heads and provide in-depth analysis to aid in business decisions /li li Coordinate and participate in the development of financial presentations for executive management on a regularly scheduled and ad hoc basis /li li Develop and maintain models and analyses to aid in the validation of forecasts, projections, and other special projects /li /ul
  br B Qualifications: /B br ul
li BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field /li li 3-7 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably within asset management industry /li li Financial analytical experience is preferred, particularly managing and manipulating large sets of financial and operations data /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel skills /li li Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision /li li Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize based on current and projected work flows /li li Excellent written and oral communication skills /li /ul
