DescriptionNeutrogena Corporation, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Finance located in Los Angeles, CA. Neutrogena Corporation develops, manufactures and markets premium skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by medical professionals. The product line includes bar and liquid cleansers, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion, facial moisturizers, sun protection and cosmetics, as well as other hair and skin care products recommended, used and prescribed by dermatologists. The Senior Financial Analyst will be supporting the Los Angeles Plant. This position will partner closely with the manufacturing team at the Los Angeles Plant (LAP) by providing strategic and financial leadership to deliver business results. This senior analyst will lead the development and management of key financial forecast cycles and will require ongoing business partnering relationships across various groups in Supply Chain and Finance. Additionally, this senior analyst will partner with the LAP team in the development and execution of the Site Master Plan and will include analysis on new product bids. Other responsibilities include development of management level presentations, monthly closing activities, preparation of various financial reports required by LAP management. As required, position may also support the financial analysis on various other projects.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelors degree is required; preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred. A minimum of three years of finance related business experience is required. Experience in manufacturing / supply chain and SAP is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is required. Good presentation skills are required. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
