Function as the liaison between the end users and IT to provide front-end and back-end technical support (resolving data inconsistencies, system errors) for all financial systems and applications used by the Accounting department.   br 2. Responsible for continued maintenance and development of Accounting applications to add functionality and improve efficiencies.   br 3. Assist with product evaluation, development, testing and training efforts for new software releases and existing system upgrades. br 4. Gather end-user requirements and translate into functional and non-functional requirements.  Create system flows of existing and future processes using Visio. br 5. Write/build end-user reports from various sources using in Crystal Reports, Excel, VBA, SQL, and SSRS. br 6. Create sophisticated and fully automated financial models and dashboards with key performance indicators for executive level leadership to facilitate decision making. br 7. Provide monthly and year-end support by performing system and other balancing related tasks on a rotating schedule.   br 8. Develop end-user training guides and training scripts for onboarding efforts and new functionality releases. br 9. Contribute to system and process re-engineering efforts and assess downstream impacts of process changes. br 10.
