Job Description
Design Staffing, LLC is searching for a Lead Corporate Recruiter with Government experience. The position will be responsible for hiring capture manager, marketing, project manager, sales management, etc. within the government. The lead recruiter will be responsible of mentoring other recruiters. If this sounds like your background read further and send a copy of your resume in word attachment.What the Job is About: Reporting to the Manager of HR, this position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services including collaborating with hiring managers to source, screen, assess and qualify candidates in order to meet internal staffing needs. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the business community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, business understanding and personal organization is required. This position also oversees the day to day operations of a corporate recruiter and a recruiting coordinator.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies and search assignments.Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. Utilize multiple sources (internet resources, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods) to advertise opportunities and recruit 'A players'. Requirements
Position Requirements:6 - 8 years of recruiting experience - preferably
in the government resale environment (placing capture managers, program
managers, BD and sales candidates.2 years lead recruiter position experience-
able to help mentor other recruitersBA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Communications,
Marketing or related discipline Currently resides in the local areaHighly
Desirable Attributes:Proficient using Microsoft Office, Outlook, search
engines, career websites, etc. Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positionsStrong work
initiative and solid judgment skills
