Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will partner with Business Groups to ensure delivery of applications aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. The IT BSA will work with Business Groups to define their global IT requirements and to analyze appropriate solutions. The IT BSA will manage projects from inception to completion with matrixed, global teams. As a member of the IT team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst is a key resource to:
* Work closely with HR to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.
* Manage projects end to end; ensure coverage of all facets of testing, and a successful end-user experience.
* Build productive relationships with the IT global team, including BSAs, developers, and infrastructure
* Build productive relationships with the HR global organization
* Build productive relationships with the various systems vendors and customer representatives
* Analyze and determine application and interface solutions, understand application functionality
* Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues
* Stay current with industry best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation
* Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology
* Assist in System Portfolio Management and Strategic Roadmap
* Support internal and external systems audit initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience working with HR systems and analytics
* Strong knowledge of ERP and HRMS and ability to operate as the business systems analyst on HR Systems including Workday, ADP and working knowledge of Taleo
* Solid understanding of HR, Payroll and related Finance business processes, systems and their interdependencies
* Strong Project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage HR technology projects.
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems or related area.
* Ability to document interfaces and data flows
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills
* Ability to establish working relationships with personnel at all levels in the organization
* Ability to effectively manage confidentiality of information
* Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tech
