Senior HR Generalist
JOB DESCRIPTION: This dynamic company needs a strong HR Business Partner to support a variety of corporate executives in driving business objectives.
If you have demonstrated success in leading and influencing, driving change management initiatives with organizational leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and strong talent management skills, this role can develop very quickly. Experience as a generalist--providing training, communication and coordination of HR programs, benefits, and processes (e.g. merit planning, performance management, bonus plans, etc... is needed as well).
NECESSARY YEARS EXPERIENCE:3+ years HR experience in a corporate setting
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Masters preferred
