The Senior HRIS Analyst will report to the Director of HRIS and will function as a SuccessFactors BizX responsibilities include test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation

Provide training to end users during project rollout as needed

Coordinate with business owners and otherHRIS team members to develop future state HR Systems Road Map

Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems

Develop and maintain system and program administration documentation; update documentation on a frequent basis

Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports

Conduct troubleshooting analysis; Document system errors and issues clearly/with screenshots; escalates for review & ticket creation

Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HRIS management team for approval / prioritization



Degree in economics, statistics, human resources, finance, information technology or related field or equivalent experience

At least 5+ years of applicable HCM or HR application experience

System administration experience of SAP-HR or SuccessFactors systems strongly preferred

Working knowledge of HR systems and processes

Advanced experience with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Excel

Strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business owners
