RESPONSIBILITIES:

Topcon is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst who will work closely with the organization supporting our HRIS system, Workday. The is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their HRIS experience in a global capacity. This role works closley with multiple internal business partners within HR and throughout the business to drive continuous improvement of global processes by leveraging tools and technology effectively.





Core Job Duties:

* Continuously evaluate HR systems, including Workday HCM/Payroll, ATS, and other ancillary systems to optimize integration, automation, efficiency, and user experience.

* Work closely with global HR team members to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.

* Continually and proactively make recommendations for process improvements and revisions, troubleshoot, and maintain all HR systems.

* Prepare and train others on standard operating procedures and system functionality.

* Collaborate and align business requirements with HR systems including working cross-functionally with other groups such as Finance and IT.

* Perform HR system configuration, test, and validate results to meet business needs.

* Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making.

* Oversee data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes and audits.

* Continually maximize the capabilities of HR systems by researching and implementing new functionality and managing new feature releases with the goal of maintaining excellence in HR processes.

* Troubleshoot system and integration issues with a sense of urgency and provide effective solutions.

* Lead Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor s degree in Information Technology , Business or related field

* 5 or more years HRIS experience, including at least 1 years with Workday.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Experience implementing/enhancing/maintaining a Workday HRIS on a global scale.

* Strong functional knowledge of HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time Tracking processes and their interdependencies.

* Superior analytical, communication, and technical skills with expertise in translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, configuring system functionality, driving projects and initiatives, and delivering effective, value-adding solutions.

* Experience with preparing and leading systems, integration, and user acceptance testing.

* Must have a solid understanding of technology, systems, and integrations.

* High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
