POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a key LeanSix Sigma deployment leadership position for a leading healthcare provider, reporting directly to the Director of LeanSix Sigma. This position will require an experienced LeanSix Sigma deployment leader with enterprise wide healthcare (hospital or provider network) deployment experience. This position requires a deployment leader that is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and "ever changing" environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and executive level influencing skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within and across our client's healthcare organization at all levels, creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator for the hospital's LeanSix Sigma deployment initiatives and programs.

This position will provide LeanSix Sigma coaching, mentoring and training leadership around initiatives focused on the sustained improvement of business processes throughout our client's hospital network.
*

This position will drive the creation of breakthrough insights into business processes which unify and align strategy and operating plans resulting in enhanced stakeholder value.
*

This position will reduce costs by streamlining processes, provide for accelerated value creation throughout our client's hospital network and enable associates to focus on activities that matter most to customers.
*

This position will be focused on driving improvements in revenue and driving cost out of the business through more effective business processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects throughout or client's hospital network processes.
*

The position will serve a key resource on LeanSix Sigma process methodologies and process improvement tools.
*

This position will help manage the development, delivery and administration of LeanSix Sigma methodologies, tools and training that will be deployed as part of our client's LeanSix Sigma enterprise wide initiatives.
*

This position will drive and influence a culture for sustained improvement and continuous process improvement.

POSITION CRITICAL TO QUALITY + SUCCESS (CTQ+S): TECHNICAL BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:

*

BS Business / Engineering or Healthcare related degree (preferred), MBA a plus
*

LeanSix Sigma Belt certification or equivalent a must
*

Significant Lean deployment leadership experience in a /healthcare setting required
*

Prior enterprise wide LeanSix Sigma coaching, mentoring and training delivery leadership experience
*

Advanced Training in Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, VSM and other continuous improvement methodologies.
