Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

This role serves as an advisor to management and employees providing information to ensure company human resources programs, policies and procedures are administered in an effective, consistent and legal manner. Coordinates and oversees local employee relations functions, client driven initiatives and strategic HR activities including performance management, talent management, salary administration, succession planning, recruiting, staffing, and organization development.

- The ability to multi-task a variety of assignments and projects simultaneously with superior organizational and time management capabilities
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while working as a part of the HR team and coordinating with corporate HR functions
- The ability to build influence with both management and employees to anticipate and resolve issues proactively

Required Skills and Experience

A strong customer focus
Knowledge of HR processes, practices and employment law
10+ years of broad based HR experience supporting an E&P organization
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or commensurate experience and training
