IT Senior Financial Analyst

Full Time Salaried position



Seeking an exceptional IT Senior Financial Analyst with a strong finance, business and technology background to provide strategic, financial and operational support to accelerate the transformation to a Shared Services Organization. The position will work cross functionally within IT to prepare financial analysis and variance reporting, review benefit cases, open and amend IT AFEs, track and monitor spending trends and will promote efficiencies in the IT financial processes that lead to improvements in both systems and planning activities.

Minimum Requirements:

. 3 - 5 years business, finance or accounting responsibility within a TECHNOLOGY function.

. Working knowledge IT and manufacturing cost accounting practices.

. Skilled at data mining and producing BI type reporting for management information.

. Experienced in driving cost reductions and efficiencies.

. Exceptional verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

. Good written communication skills and ability to create clear concise executive quality presentations and artifacts.

. Ability to influence and motivate others with or without direct control or supervisory responsibility.

. Confidence to speak-up and challenge ideas and propose alternatives. Desire to constantly seek and offer constructive feedback.

. Organized, detailed oriented.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business. MBA preferred
