US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.
Provides subject matter expertise for DOD policy, strategy and governance. Reviews Army, DOD, and National policies related to countering insider threats and ensures the Army Insider Threat program is in and/or will achieve compliance. Conducts and utilizes projects, studies, and work groups in order to provide analysis and recommendations for Program improvement. Coordinates and works with other Army staff elements, Army Commands, and field operating agencies as well as liaison with other DoD entities on community-wide Insider Threat efforts. Serves as on-site lead for the contract in dealing with Government representatives and directed requirements.
* Active US Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Thorough knowledge of Army and DoD organizational structure and all pertinent policies to include specific Insider Threat Program policies that govern compliance requirements. * 5 years military and 3 years of HQDA (Headquarters, Department of the Army) experience required.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
