Responsible for managing Xtime's dedicated lead generation team as well as for the planning, implementation and management of Xtime's lead generation processes including strategies and effective distribution and execution.
The Manager reports to the SVP - Marketing and is as a member of the marketing team. This position coordinates with other relevant functions/departments, principally Xtime sales, sales operations, strategic accounts and email marketing.
The Senior Lead Manager at Xtime is responsible for all aspects of inside sales lead generation. Your responsibilities would be to develop, motivate, and manage a growing team that is currently 6 Sales Development Reps. This includes meeting with team members both individually and collectively to assist them with product knowledge, overcoming objections and call quality. Additional functions include review, curation and distribution of inbound sales leads from a variety of sources, lead gen script development, reviewing and grading call recordings, coaching to improve the sales skills of the team, generating and analyzing performance reports, and calculating and reporting monthly variable compensation for team members.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, analytical and experienced collaborating with sales and marketing teams with a focus on driving results. Strong Salesforce.com and Excel skills are required. Retail automotive experience or having worked for a software vendor providing services to retail automotive is a plus.
