Senior Learning Design Specialist
This position is responsible for supporting the graphical content and layout of results-oriented training modules, meeting handbooks, meeting communications, newsletters, forms and business presentations for the Endoscopy Sales Training, Operations, and Programs teams. Development and execution of training solutions applications for web and mobile audiences as identified by the Learning Design Managers including creative use of imagery for conveying the instructional message to the field. Recommendations for program improvements. Assist in the maintenance of existing training courses, communications, and Sales Training department presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead and manage the graphical/visual design of sales meetings:
National Sales Meeting, Divisional Sales Meetings, Region Meetings, and Management Meetings.

- Manage the visual design and development of sales programs training.

- Work closely with the Directors of Sales Training and Learning Design Manager II on various strategic projects and special product promotions as needed.

- Design and layout of Save the Dates, Registrations, Communications/blast and Newsletters

- Recommending instructional/graphical methods for conveying medical/sales information.

- Working with the Manager II, Sales Training to coordinate and streamline the training setup and execution of various classes & meetings materials using the latest technologies.

- Assess division needs and execute updates on sales training materials and teaching methods to continuously improve sales productivity.

- Develop training standards and guidelines for look and feel of materials produced and maintained by Sales Training.

- Recommending graphical strategies

- Working with the Manager II, Sales Training to coordinate and streamline the training setup and execution of various classes & meetings.

Qualifications

- BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience required

- 2 -3 years graphic, web, and interactive design experience

- Understanding of Adult Learning Methodology, ADDIE preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proficient at multitasking

- Ability to grasp technical content

- Results-oriented team player

- Excels in fast-paced environment

- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented

- Expert in MS Word and PowerPoint with working knowledge of Office 2010

- Expert in Adobe suite of products, HTML, CSS, and other Web technologies

- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel

- Proficient in digital photography

- Working knowledge of tradeshows and exhibits
