DTI is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Recruiter to manage legal recruiting for temporary to hire and direct hire placements for our law firm and corporate law department clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers to place attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff on a temp to hire and direct hire basis. Prior experience in the legal industry is required.



REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in recruitment for a legal search organization.Must be able to create and maintain a large pipeline of candidates for fast, high-volume placements.Successful track record of implementing best recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to drive recruitment and placement objectives. Must demonstrate an executive presence, integrity, confidence and professionalism that will facilitate positive interactions with candidates and clients (including attorneys, administrative management, and recruiters).Experience with leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing for maximum impact.Thorough knowledge of NALPs Principles & Standards.Knowledge of continuing legal education (CLE) protocols and requirements.Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.Ability to manage compensation negotiations and successful track record for same.Experience using MS Office 2010 and detailed knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP Taleo and others.



RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the recruitment processes and implement best practices for fast turnaround for our direct hire and temp to hire legal placement business.Manage database and other reporting requirements for each candidate, including regular updates.Assist with candidate performance evaluation processes for the placement of temporary and direct hire personnel and maintain a tracking system.Networking on social media, and at national and local legal associations conferences and events.Sourcing, screening and recruiting of a minimum of 10-20 candidates per day, resulting in a minimum of 5 qualified candidates per week.Travel required.
