IT Manager Identity and Access ManagementWe are looking for a strong project manager with excellent people management skills. Job Description: Provide Project Management Services to project initiatives as assigned initially on Application On boarding to the Identity Access Management ProgramManage a team of IT Business Analysts and Developers on the translation of business requirements into technical specification for configuration of application and document application configuration per System Development (SDLC) methodologyCo ordinate with Infrastructure, vendor, internal or external development teams to manage the implementation and release application on boarding processesFacilitate the development and execution of test strategies and plansSupport business users during User Acceptance Testing phaseManage the preparation of system implementation plan and support procedureProvide ongoing application support to the various business units. Other project initiatives or assignment as assignedEducation/Accreditations: Bachelors Degree in either Economics/Commerce/Business or Math/Computer/Engineering ScienceOther Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 4 5 years banking experience with exposure to Security Risk or Identity Management conceptsWorked as a Project Manager with proven business analysis and application testing experienceSound technical understanding of Infrastructure/network/platform/database and application architecture and design in connection to a business applicationExcellent analytical, problem solving skills and understanding on Process flowsExcellent written and verbal skillsFamiliarity with MS Word, MS Project, Visio and Power Point would be a definite assetFamiliarity with two or more of .Net, JAVA development, Oracle, UNIX and SQLFamiliarity with Project Management methodologyIncumbent MUST have experience in the following:Portfolio Management: Experienced in managing a portfolio of larger applications with continuous enhancement requirements on new technology platforms i.e. .Net and JAVABusiness and Process Analysis: Solid ability in getting a good understanding of business requirements or use case details to assess quality of BA deliverables.Directly leading Developers: Directly managing a development team (internal or off shore) in providing input to good development practice and app design to add value in application design and code quality and standardsPeople Management: Good management principles in leading larger team with internal and external off shore resources (up to 10 of BAs and developers)Financial Management: Experience in budget planning or financial reportingOn January 1st 2011, Modis joined forces with Ajilon Consulting to create a true powerhouse in the field of IT Staffing.
