Knowledge of how different asset classes trade and corresponding trading strategies. 2+ years experience Desk level experience preferred Strong analytical skills Technology and operations background and understanding of how trade capture and reporting systems work Quantitative background to undertake profitability and loss attribution as well as the development of other quantitative metrics.
