Senior Manager Clinic Operations

Providence is calling a full-time Senior Manager Clinic Operations at Providence PMG South Royal Building in Medford, OR. In this position you will: ul class=noindent liProvide on-going leadership and management to a group of clinics that are aligned within a specific program or programs to ensure geographically dispersed specialty clinics and ancillary services are aligned within Providence Medical Group.li liBe responsible for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations.li liWork closely with program, hospital and PMG leadership to ensure integrity of program services across Region that remain sensitive to patients physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.li liAdvise senior leaders on strategic, administrative and operational matters.li liLead or participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested. Qualifications for this position include:li liBABS Degree required (preferably business andor health care related).li liFive years experience in medical group management at a senior level (prefer experience with specialty practices).li liMust include experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment, including clinic operations, financial management, quality management and risk management in a large medical group.li liMust be able to drive - a valid drivers license and insurance required.li liMHAMBA Degree preferred.li liExperience in integrated delivery system preferred.li liExperience in new practice and facilities development a plus.
