  br B Position Description /B br Senior consultants are responsible for using advanced analytical techniques to interpret data and present the findings to professionals in the firm and our client constituents. Senior consultants play a key role in the design and development of our work product on projects. Specific elements of the role include: br ul
li Supervising teams of consultants /li li Innovative data analysis /li li Primary/Secondary market research /li li Manipulating data in Excel, Access, and SQL /li li Extracting/assimilating both quantitative and qualitative data /li li Being a valued member of a team /li li Developing high-quality work product and documenting all work /li li Participate in and support client meetings with senior-level clients /li li Supporting Managers and Directors in engagement administrative activities including arrangement letter drafting, status report preparation, billing preparation, and work paper finalization /li /ul

li Health Reform Advisory /li li Provider/Payer Collaboration and Alignment /li li Business Performance Improvement /li li Growth and New Business Development /li li Compliance, Disputes, and Investigations /li li Mergers and Acquisitions /li /ul
  br B Qualifications: /B br ul
li 2+ years working for a consulting firm /li li Effective team player who is comfortable working with clients and building new relationships /li li Ability to apply quantitative techniques to unstructured problems /li li Logical and structured thinker /li li Experience in Excel, Access, and/or MS SQL /li li Genuine interest in and commitment to healthcare /li li General Understanding of healthcare industry, reimbursement, and managed care is desired /li li Comfortable adapting in an entrepreneurial environment /li li Sound understanding of business fundamentals /li li Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to challenge (and enhance) existing strategic solutions are required /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills /li li Consulting experience /li li Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics /li li Pursuit of CPA or CFE certification a plus /li li Healthcare consulting experience is a big plus. /li li Willing and able to travel 50-75% when necessary. /li /ul
