What will I be doing? The Senior Manager of Brand Food and Beverage Development will manage the concept development process for the Brand Food and Beverage Development department. The Team Member will manage the development process and update to the Food and Beverage Digital Concepts Library as a centralized departmental Food and Beverage resource. Other key priorities are listed below: * Manages the concept development process for the Brand Food & Beverage Development department * Manages development process and updates to the F&B Digital Concepts Library as a centralized departmental F&B resource * Manages the process of updates to global Brand F&B Development content and resources in a centralized repository including marketing materials, PR and brand/creative assets, programs and initiatives collateral, performance analytics/SALT, financial performance and project pipeline * Facilitates easy access to resources and materials referenced above, to Brand F&B Development and business stakeholders * Produces and delivers presentations and communications tools/aides to support Brand F&B Development's mission * Manages internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the performance, culture and standards of the Brand Food & Beverage Development department * Identifies F&B related marketing, PR and corporate communications opportunities * Conducts market research and analysis to support Brand F&B Development * Manages third party relationships to ensure quality controlled and on time project delivery * Drives effective project management timelines for Brand F&B Development to ensure on time delivery of projects and updates * Identifies and recommends third party business partners in areas of design, electronic media and operational brand partnerships * Tracks and communicates continuous status and feedback related to departmental progress and performance in collaboration with the Brand Operations department * Ensures tracking and reporting of departmental expenditures and compares results vs. budget and progress achieved * Assists Director of Restaurant Development (Americas) with creative development/presentation support * Manages the tracking and update process for the Food & Beverage Council Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
