Responsibilities
The Learning & Development Senior Manager, in a global role, has the responsibility for the success of the learning experiences at Equinix by designing, developing and implementing best-in-class learning strategies and initiatives. The L&D Senior Manager will drive business results by partnering with key stakeholders in the business to identify needs and deliver appropriate cost effective learning solutions and designs that meet the intended outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree required. Advanced Degree in Organizational Design, Human Resources or related discipline is a plus
* 7+ years of experience working in a Human Resources/Learning role with responsibilities for Learning and Development Programs.
* Strong analytical skills necessary
* Enterprise level thinking
* High collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
* Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Solid analytic, verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with authoring tools such as Presenter, Captivate, or Adobe Connect.
* A successful track record of autonomy, leadership and initiative
* Ability to lead others through change as well as personally thrive in a fast-changing environment
* Demonstrated ability to influence across geography, function and level
* Proficient project management capability
