JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Our client, a global pharmaceutical research leader with a rich pipeline, is building their U.S. presence.They are in the unique position of being supported by a 300+ year global drug discovery group.
They have an immediate need for an Senior Manager, Insights and Commercial Analytics. This individual will direct brand forecasting, commercial/sales analytics, business analytics and market research for the successful launch of a Central Nervous System drug that received Orphan Drug status by the FDA to treat a rare disease.
Sales operations/sales reporting, KPI, CRM, Incentive comp, field based metrics, strong analytical background is required. S/He will work cross functionally to create a highly effective commercialization plan, initially for the launch of this infused specialty drug. A passion for hands on analytics is a must!
Rare disease pre-launch, launch, and post launch expertise are required for the successful launch of this infused specialty CNS drug that is awaiting FDA approval.
*Expertise in forecasting, market research, business development analytics, sales analytics, commercial analytics, field sales analytics, sales call planning, field sales alignments, field force sizing, physician targeting, Incentive Compensation Plans, Sales Awards, conducting research and interpreting primary and secondary data; quantitative/qualitative research regarding pricing, IC, KPI's, ROIs, vendor/contract negotiations, and developing a CRM OS is required.
Business Development, Marketing in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. Background in broad therapeutic areas/disease states, CNS, Orphan drug/rare disease drugs/treatments, and related regulatory, commercialization and compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Finance or Marketing required. MBA or MS preferred. Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally
