The Senior Manager of Hilton HHonors Program Design and Optimization will help manage the customer-centric team responsible for periodically refreshing existing and developing new, innovative member rewards and experiences to grow membership, increase member engagement and drive preference for HHonors. What will I be doing? The Senior Manager of Hilton HHonors Program Design and Optimization will be responsible for the ongoing strategic enhancement and optimization of Hilton HHonors, our 54-million-member strong community, with the mission to direct, one-to-one personalized relationships with travelers. Working with stakeholders across the enterprise, the Team Member will identify, solve, and act upon opportunities that drive performance optimization and innovation. Other key priorities are listed below: * Drive efforts to develop and execute on actionable recommendations * Steward a data-driven strategic approach informed by rigorous analytics and cross-functional collaboration * Manage HHonors roadmap initiatives related to program design, points earning, rewards, benefits, and airlines, including short, medium and long-term change initiatives * Develop presentations, competitive benchmarks, financial models and business cases for enhancements to the HHonors program, including new benefits, experiences, and earning and redeeming opportunities * Proactively monitor and understand member preferences, consumer sentiment, macro environmental trends, competitor landscape and aspirational loyalty programs outside of hospitality to assess competitive position, build on program strengths, shore-up program opportunities, and innovate in the white space * Partner with key stakeholders within Hilton, the hotels and the ownership community to understand commercial priorities and the role HHonors can play to drive optimized performance through member engagement * Collaborate within and across teams to implement agreed initiatives, projects and programs * Direct additional special projects as defined by the needs of the organization * Support the annual HHonors planning process, including liaising with other parts of the enterprise to ensure priorities are incorporated * Ability to advocate and implement professional development for self, direct reports and others * Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
