span This role will lead the company in innovation and operational change. The Sr. Manager will analyze and identify emerging market trends in terms of technology, system upgrades and advancements, menu development, and automating processes. This role will identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage in the industry via research. The Sr. Manager will present operational suggestions to senior management via ROI decision support analyses and financial analysis. Educating ops managers and change management will be critical in promoting the mindset of the entrepreneur. br   br Job Responsibilities br - Uses leadership skills to direct and mentor roles within the Innovation team to promote a high level of success and the development of team members. br - Effectively communicates via all available channels to ensure effective and efficient action by team members. br - Keeps current of new and upcoming industry trends in the restaurant industry in terms of Supply Chain, business operations, menu development, and technology. br - Strategically develops plans of action to create value-add solutions, implements the strategic long term vision of the company with pragmatic and financial measures. br - Performs detailed Financial Analysis projecting new operational changes and presents suggestions to executives with sound investment logic. This includes break even calculations, return on investment, and NPV cash calculations; must be financially savvy. br - Provides ongoing support to regional managers to help with the implementation of new operational programs. br   br Qualifications br - College degree, MBA or Graduate degree preferred. br - 7+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality, with emphasis on tech, manufacturing, operations, and product development br - Knowledge of quick-service restaurant and fast casual industry preferred. br - Supply Chain knowledge, moving assets via freight, ship, air br - Management and administration experience and a solid business acumen br - Computer equipment, hardware, technology systems, operation systems knowledge br - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite br - Customer service oriented br - Mathematics: algebra, statistics, and Quantitative Analysis need to be used to support decisions br - General knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations in the restaurant industry br - Must be a polished Presenter and Public Speaker; comfortable with presenting to groups of people. br - Critical thinking and problem solving br - Effective communicator and writer br   br /span
