JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Treasury Manager - Risk Management

REPORTS TO: Director, Risk Management

BAND: Professional

DIVISION: Corporate

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Treasury

KEY OBJECTIVES:

* Support various aspects of the global risk management strategy that will include the placement of insurance, ad-hoc analysis, claim management, actuarial reserve analysis and accounting impact, captive management, and managing day to day issues and inquiries relating to risk management and insurance programs worldwide.
* Help develop and lead in-house risk modeling initiatives around global insurance programs, with a goal to optimize premium and retention level structure, and Enterprise Risk Management assessments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist Risk Team in budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of risk program expenses.
* Support data collection in preparation for insurance placements and renewals for the Global Property and Marine Transit insurance programs
* Support insurance placement and renewal for the Foreign Casualty and locally mandated Casualty insurance policies
* Assist in the management of claims filed under the assigned insurance and risk financing programs.
* Provide quantitative and analytical support to model risk management programs across all assigned lines of risk.
* Assist in the management of the loss control recommendations and compliance for the Global Property insurance program.
* Provide quantitative and analytical support to model risk management programs across all assigned lines of risk.
* Provide assistance to Risk Management Team for the global property loss control program, including property claims management, recommendation compliance and the allocation of Property, Marine and Foreign Casualty premiums.
* Assist in creation and completion of process documentation.
* Provide additional support within Treasury department as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION: B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, M.B.A. and progress toward actuarial certifications and/or strong statistics background preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 7+Years of Experience in Finance role

GENERAL: Must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, effective multi-tasking capabilities and strong ability to manage changing priorities.

TECHNOLOGY: Advanced MS Office user: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Access HFM, Riskonnect would be useful
