The Senior Manager of Sponsorship Programs will be responsible for the day-to-day management and activation of Hilton's integrated, strategic sponsorships focused on music and live entertainment. The Team Member will lead a multi-faceted approach to sponsorship activation, including consumer marcom activation (including hotel brands and loyalty program engagement), B2B and B2C constituency engagement (activation and hospitality), and sales account activation. What will I be doing? The Senior Manager of Sponsorship Programs will support the Director of Sponsorships in defining and optimizing the Sponsorship strategy particularly as it pertains to Music and Entertainment, including the creation of strategic plans for each sponsorship property, and partnering with internal stakeholders to help define each strategy including guiding principles and best practices. Other key priorities are listed below: * Day-to-day contact for assigned relationship accounts * Establish, develop and action strategic plans to optimize the value for Hilton Worldwide's sponsorship properties (with a focus on music and entertainment) * Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including brand and regional marketing, sales, loyalty, digital, eCommerce and owner relations to realize full value of sponsorships assets to support each group's engagement and commercial goals * Establish and maintain a consumer marketing plan for all music and entertainment sponsorship properties, to include portfolio marketing initiatives, live event activation, high value member programs, digital and social media outputs and other brand marketing initiatives * In concert with the Hilton HHonors team to ensure all sponsorship properties are being leveraged for the benefit of our loyalty members, including the development of a robust auction platform and the ability to provide opportunities for experiential rewards for our loyalty program members * Identify and initiate relationships with key sponsorship partners and prepare account management plans for each contractual asset * Participate in the annual enterprise planning process to establish marketing calendars and budgets for all sponsorship activity * Work with the Global Sales teams to facilitate and grow the relationship with our sponsorship properties to ensure continued revenue growth from each partner * Ensure all revenue income is tracked, measured and meets annual revenue targets * Act as the key liaison for the Owner Services team for all sponsorship properties, with the aim of ensuring that sponsorship assets are leveraged for the benefit of our owner community * Work with our HR teams globally to develop internal activation plans for our Team Members and hotels * Liaise with the Digital and eCommerce teams to ensure all media assets are utilized * Serve as the day-to-day liaison for Hilton Worldwide's retained sponsorship activation agencies * Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence with ability to think critically and work independently * Proven ability to develop and manage long and short-term strategic plans and roadmaps * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity * Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information * Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; ability to develop problem solving skills among team members as appropriate * Excellent project management skills with ability to work independently and manage the independent work of other Team Members as appropriate; includes the ability to recognize need for involvement of other teams/peers and capability to effectively facilitate that collaboration Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
