Senior Manager, Store PlanningReports To: Vice President of Design and Store PlanningPosition Overview:Reporting to the Vice President of Design and Store Planning, this position is responsible for leading the day to day execution of all store planning activities. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders within the divisions and corporate functions. He or She Supports the store development process and new and remodel stores growth.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Leads all store planning activities for new and remodel stores, conversion stores and minor works projects. Builds relationships with key stakeholders and develops store layouts that are brand appropriate and operationally effective. Manages the store planning external resource partners to ensure seamless integration with the ATC process flow Interfaces with the Real Estate, Store Operations, IT, LP and field leadership teams in the store development process. Develops creative solutions for store fixture layouts and prepares architectural plan and elevation proposals for international review Reviews and approves shop drawings and ensures design intent is met and brand integrity is maintained. Tracks and manages store specific development timelines and insures all landlord, local and state approvals are secured. Actively researches current trends in retail design and architecture. Reviews the final architectural design drawings created by outsource team for each project to ensure plans and details are accurate and in keeping with brand standards.Required Skills ability to plan, prioritize and multi task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to develop relationships with key Business Partners Project management skills a must Specialty Retail experience preferred Proven track record of building teams and partnerships Proficient in AutoCAD (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus). Proficient in MS Office Suite
