JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Summary
Responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting financial data. Works closely with the Health Business Unit President and team, along with the corporate finance and accounting teams, to develop strategic and financial plans, tactical plans and deliverables, sensitivity analyses, pricing, market analyses, KPI s, operational and financial dashboards. Works as a true Partner to the Health President to deliver stated objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Interprets financial data and provides meaningful insights around the business.
o Identifies relevant metrics and benchmarks, performs analysis, routine and ad-hoc; develops and maintains operational and financial KPI s to track progress against goals and objectives.
o Develops and maintains rolling forecasts, and ongoing sensitivity analyses, tracks and quantifies risks & opportunities and critical success factors.
o Review month-end and quarterly financial reports, provide variance analysis, research financial irregularities, track business unit billings and revenue recognition.
o BU budget preparation; provide meaningful input and support for the BU strategic plan; work with Health President to track progress and maintain time & action plans as needed.
o Creates efficiencies through automation of financial reporting and improves access to financial data for analytical purposes.
o Acts as a liaison between functional and operations teams.
o Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience, or Characteristics
o 6 - 10 years of financial analysis experience.
o Must possess sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
o Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, finance principles and quantitative analysis skills.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Helpful / Preferred
o Experience with NetSuite and/or Adaptive Planning, a plus.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Job is physically comfortable; individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.
Job requires a high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity, such as investigating moderately complex problems or situations, analyzing information and recommending solutions. Minimal travel will be involved for both training, business, and customer facing matters.
