Senior Manufacturing Scheduler

Major duties & responsibilities:brbrThe primary role of the production scheduler is to establish, communicate & maintain the manufacturing schedule with consideration of equipment, building utilities & staffing constraints. In addition, the production scheduler will build & continuously improve systems to enhance schedule management, communication & adherencebrbrSpecifically, the Scheduler will execute the following:br* The Production Scheduler is a member of the Manufacturing team which is responsible for manufacturing all commercial & clinical materials produced in the multi-product API facility in Frederick, MD.br* This position schedules all routine & non-routine activities that take place within the Manufacturing areas or that involve manufacturing equipment.br* This position interfaces with the following departments: Manufacturing, Facilities, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Metrology, QA & QC.br* Anticipate potential issues & conflicts & present options for resolution to functional management in a clear & concise manner.br* Build & maintain strong relationships with department leads & other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of production plans & issues.br* Partner with line management in prioritizing projects & resources to meet business goals, applying sound business concepts & techniques as they relate to human resource management.br* Capacity modeling & planning for FMC in coordination with site PMO, corporate & site Supply Chain.br* Coordinating raw material requirements & bulk drug substance supply with site Supply Chain.
