We ve launched a national search for a highly skilledSenior Marketing Managerfor Dent-A-Med, a wholly owned subsidiary of Progressive Leasing, with locations in 3 different states; Utah (HQ), Glendale, AZ, and Springdale, AR. The candidate chosen to fill this role will be able to sit at any of the three locations. We are seeking a marketing guru who is calculated, measured and possesses the aptitude and focus to achieve elevated customer growth targets. The ideal candidate for the Sr. Marketing Manager position is a creative and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional communication skills. This individual is highly skilled in DM, email, SEM, SEO, social media, and in-store POP marketing. Critical to this position is the ability to deliver solid results by strategically targeting customers, by providing exceptional direction to creative teams on copy/collateral, and by leveraging previous omni-channel experience. This individual will also own all branding, copy, and creatives for the Company s websites.

What You\'ll Do:

* Work with management and outside agencies to ensure branding on merchant and cardholder facing materials and sites are compelling, consistent and compliant

* Manage and set targets on multiple marketing campaigns while measuring and reporting results to drive acquisition and revenue

* Work with outside agencies to develop a professional web presence which is highly optimized and analyzed

* Develop merchant acquisition, training and usage tools

* Develop cardholder usage and re-usage tools

* Manage and measure marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization

* Manage social media sites and content

* Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events and conferences

* Market research for both merchant and cardholder to identify trends and make recommendations

* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

* 5+ Yrs of professional marketing experience

* Impeccable attention to detail

* Creative thinker who is analytical, intuitive, proactive, collaborative, versatile and thrives under pressure

* Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Tag Campaigns

* Skilled in direct response marketing and development of strategies

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time

* Experience working with a sales organization focused on team success and company profitability

* Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Bachelor s Degree (Marketing preferred)
