Join DecisionPoint Corporation as a Senior Network Administrator. Engineers, executes and documents reliable, fault tolerant design and implementation of Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) architectures and systems. Platforms supported will include Cisco IOS routers and switches, Cisco XR routers, Cisco NX switches, JunOS routers and switches, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls at remote locations. Documents and provides standards and procedures to support the organization. As a technical lead of the SMT JRSS Netops staff, this individual will research, evaluate and develop standards relating to network operations and related technologies. This is a hands-on position expected to perform both at the command line and design levels. About the Job: Responsible for the configuration, performance, availability and security of the network architectures supporting multiple data centers + in-house test lab/local production environment, and 11 joint regional security sites.Monitors and analyzes existing infrastructure to provide cost effective and optimized IT set up to meet on-going demand for expansion and organizational needsProvisioning application, controlling access to applications, troubleshooting internal and external connectivityProvide documentation support to update and/or create technical management plans, artifacts, reports, etc. (Configuration Management Plan, Systems Maintenance Plan, (other deliverable plans), SOPs, Knowledge Base artifacts for training, network/systems diagrams, hardware/software requests and quotes, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for systems outages, weekly status reports, weekly CCB report/schedule, monthly SLA/TPI management reports, and all other research and development customer requests to support the government mission)Attend weekly status, weekly CCB, weekly PMO, monthly status, quarterly status, ad hoc customer meetings Minimum Qualifications: HS +12 years IT experience or AA/AS +1- or BA/BS +8To include 3-5 years network expereinceIAT II certification required (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP or equivalent)CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent/ higher within 180 days of hireCEH within 60 days of hireMust be US Citizen with Secret clearance or ability to obtain interimSignificant travel and ability to work flexible schedules a must Preferred Qualifications: CCNP or equivalentCEH
