Job duties:
Offering technical support via phone or email or onsite
Creating and responding to trouble tickets delivered via phone or email
Installing, configuring or upgrading PC hardware and software
Maintaining or repairing equipment
Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
Setting up computer security measures
Configuring computer networks
Creating and Deleting Accounts and other resources
Re-locating and re-installing equipment including peripherals and network connectivity
Evaluating and making recommendations regarding hardware configurations and software solutions

Requirements/background:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in PC services and/or Help Desk support
Excellent hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detailed knowledge of device driver installation, network configuration (TCP/IP, wireless), email and VPN configuration on mobile devices, and PC component installation and testing
Proficient in solving hardware and software compatibility issues as well as testing functionality and performance of each device
Strong background in MS Windows Operating Systems (7, 8.1, 10)

Strong background in MS Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013)
Experienced in Anti-Virus software, IP networking, VPN, Active Directory and MS Exchange User Administration
Familiarity with Dell Products a plus
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
