JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Senior Process Project Engineer-Quality-Kohler, WI
As a Senior Process Project Engineer-Quality, you will provide quality project support to the Global Faucets Operations & Procurement teams (New Product Development and/or Strategic) in establishing and utilizing quality procedures, processes, and systems which drive consistency throughout the organization and its supply base. Performs the Quality Project tasks described for assignments of moderate scope with some direction from their manager. This individual should enjoy being a change agent and a solid time management planner with the capacity of applying fundamental quality techniques in multiple projects and shall be actively developing skills in product, process, and system related techniques.
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program required.
* Prior Co-Op/Intern experience in an engineering environment required.
* 3 years quality experience with a good understanding of quality processes and systems, manufacturing processes, basic statistical methods and program management is highly desirable.
* ASQ or other Quality certifications are highly desirable
* Must be willing to travel up to 50% domestically and abroad. (Typically 7-14 days per trip.)
