Senior Product Analyst-10207-5829 Primary Location: United States-Tennessee-Nashville Job: Information Technology Schedule: Full-time JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership in analyzing and gathering requirements for established products and future products that are projected to deliver significant business value, change current businessclinical processes or present significant technical or operational risk. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues. Provides recognized business knowledge and subject matter expertise in analyzing and writing requirements for system issues and enhancements. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements. (40%) * Creates deliverables independently and manages approvals. Provides coaching, technical, functional guidance on specific project deliverables. * Coordinate and assist in prioritizing new enhancement requests through reviews with the Business. 2. System support second level for CSS, resolution of operational issues and maintenance of vendor relationships. (30%) 3. Support testing services to assure use cases and test cases reflect the new functionality. Create documentation as necessary for the field on new functionality. (30%) * Conducts meetings as necessary with the hCare leaders in the field. * Conducts training sessions as necessary with primary end users. Qualifications EXPERIENCE * 3-7 years of relevant work experience EDUCATION * College graduate required SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS * 3-7 years of experience on increasingly challenging projects in business, or systems analysis * Understanding of the analyst role with ability to educate others about the analyst roles and responsibilities. * Solid collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills. * Must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. * Strong problem and issue resolution experience. * Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization. * Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision. * Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Meditech andor Epic is preferred; experience with any Clinical HIS recommended. * Previous experience in a clinical environment preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDSWORKING CONDITIONS * Prolonged sitting. * Potential for work related travel to customer locations.
