Job Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and driving product strategies, pricing, promotions and sales enablement programs that drive new revenue growth. This is a highly visible postion that requires successful collaboration with multiple functional areas within Concur including other Marketing groups, Sales, Finance, Product and Executive Leadership. This role is responsible for global-level product marketing of our travel and mobility solutions. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and analytical, with a strong product marketing background, SaaS experience, strategic planning and project management skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, presentation and written). Reports to VP, Global Product Marketing.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Create and advance compelling and innovative offerings

* Develop unique packaging and positioning to drive new client acquisition and revenue.

* Create and update global pricing and promotion strategies. Work with Business Units to define variations in global pricing and promotions to meet the needs of local markets.

* Provide source content for marketing communications and web strategy to articulate value proposition and key messages

* Ensure organizational readiness and sales effectiveness

* Coordinate with R&D, Business Development, Rev Ops, BU Marketing, Finance and Legal.

* Work with BUs and Marketing Communications to define and develop presentations and other global selling tools (datasheets, case studies, ROI calculators, etc.)

* Work with Knowledge Development and BU marketing to develop sales training on new offerings and innovations.

* Lead quarterly product reviews and strategy sessions with a cross functional team, hold team accountable for action items

* Perform deep and frequent analysis on Concur solutions, including revenue, marketing pipe, conversion/attach rates, and client data. Must become an expert on customer business problems, our solution, competitors, and why Concur wins/losses.

* Facilitate structured R&D feedback processes to drive cross-functional, cross-BU prioritization

* Support Concur's thought leadership in the market with event appearances and industry speaking engagements.

* Participate in select marketing and sales cycles each quarter.

* Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Education, Experience & Training required:

* Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Marketing, Product Marketing or Customer Marketin
