DDL OMNI's Simulation and Services Division, in support of the Navy and Marine Corps Customer Group, currently has a career opportunity for an Air Wing Metrics Support Program Analyst to provide expertise in evaluating carrier air wing performance by required skill sets and metrics during integrated air wing training at Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC) in Fallon, NV. Responsibilities include: reviewing program (specific) data, evaluating program plans/changes, assisting in the preparation of documents with various senior levels, civilian and military stakeholders, analyzing program information, strategizing plans, producing quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively presenting the results in a clear and concise manner when required.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance which requires US Citizenship.







Education Required: Bachelor of Science in Mathematics or Operations Research, or Engineering, or Physics or other sciences that employ statistical inference or require training in stochastic processes.







Experience and Skills Required: Minimum five(5) years' experience at the senior level including supervisory experience as a mathematician or operators research analyst in mathematical statistics to provide detailed statistical analysis of performance data from integrated air wing training to fully comply with Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC formerly Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center) air wing metrics support tasks. In addition, the candidate should have experience with the Air Wing Fallon (AWF) Carrier Air Wing (CVW) training processes, the Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI) course, and joint aviation capabilities.



* Experienced subject matter expert for respective task requirements (e.g. Academics, Warfare Area(s), Program or Policy support).

* Experience managing/ prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.

* Experience as Team and/or project leaders.

* Experience leading working groups and cross functional teams.

* Experience leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.

* Experience engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level.

* Experience conducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.
