Job Description:
ManTech is seeking a Sr. Program Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Falls Church, VA supporting the Security Division. The qualified applicant should be well versed in multiple program types with various contract values. The Sr. Program Control Analyst will be responsible for business and financial functions and deliverables. The position will report to the Program Control Lead of the Security Division. You must have proven experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, and variance analysis. You should have a strong knowledge or experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, and variance analysis. Responsibilities include preparation of financial internal/external reports (Annual Operating Plan, Waterfalls, Indicated Finals, EACs/ETCs, continuous process improvement, review and approval authority and other responsibilities as required. Responsibilities also include the development of budgets and schedules for all contract work and setup. You will interface with contract, subcontract, accounting, accounts payable, purchasing organizations, and pricing as well as ensure compliance with all ManTech policies, internal controls, disclosed practices and contractual requirements. You will perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines. Your support provided to meet corporate requirements will include development of quarterly estimates at completion and monthly financial reports. In addition you will participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. You will ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, and preparing expenditure projections, and working with Contracts to submit timely requests for additional funding to the government. Finally the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is important.
Education Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (project support or management) experience
Security Requirements: Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance
