In this role, the selected candidate will work with Team leadership to develop plans and strategies to meet program and project needs. Plan the delivery of project deliverables and activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization. Qualifications: The Senior Program Manager must:Be fluent in program and project development techniques, be a proficient technical writer, have strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of working independently on complex tasks in support of the Team. Have extensive experience in working with Federal customers on high-level programs. Possess an advanced degree in Business or equivalent in order to develop and execute best practices for multiple programs.Possess advanced competence in Microsoft applications, and be able to quickly develop papers and presentations that support the Team.Tasks: Perform program and project management for existing Company programs and projects.Work with Team leadership to develop plans and strategies to meet program and project needs.Plan the delivery of project deliverables and activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of each project.Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support each project.Ensure that project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the Company. Ensure that project activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.Develop forms and records to document project activities.Liaise with Company Project Managers to ensure the effective and efficient projectdelivery.Coordinate the delivery of services among different project activities to increaseeffectiveness and efficiency.Prepare reports on the projects.Identify and evaluate the risks associated with project activities, and take appropriate action to control the risks.Monitor project activities on a regular basis, and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.Report evaluation findings to the Team leader, and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate.Education: Master's Degree, Business Administration or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience as a Program Manager in working with governmentprograms.
