Job Description

Position Description/Requirements

Hemlock Semiconductor is seeking an IT Senior Project Leader. This position is responsible for the leadership of large, complex IT projects (ex: ERP system replacement), with strong leadership, communication and coordination skills across organizational units. Provides direction to contract project leaders supporting a portfolio of projects. Provides oversight of external services that are implementing and supporting solutions including cloud hosted services. Key contributor to IT portfolio management.

A Bachelors Degree plus 12 years of experience in project leadership is required. Candidates must show a demonstrated track record with small/lean IT projects, as well as major/complex IT projects.

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
