Air Liquide Advanced Materials (ALAM) is actively seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to be located in Branchburg, NJ.Work with the highest regard for the safety and health of all involvedUnderstand and comply with all safety regulations and guidelines Create and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for all Engineering projects (current and emerging) to ensure execution Develop resource loaded schedules for single and multiple projectsMeasure project cost performance and progressProvide forecasts for schedules, costs and resources (internal and external) through trend analysis and historical trend researchRevise schedules taking into account new variables including: missed milestones, project changes, and new eventsParticipate in financial forecasting to ensure schedule and cost alignment, and perform cost performance monitoringInterface with Product Management, Finance, and Production groupsCommunicate planning and scheduling information from project conception to finishDevelop and make updates in scheduling tools to increase their performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other technical area7+ years of experience in project scheduling, including resource estimation 3+ years of experience in project portfolio schedulingAbility to prepare and deliver training on project scheduling to a diverse audienceStrong analytical skills with a rigorous and methodical approachExperience and proficiency in using planning and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: PMI certifications or their equivalentExperience in the chemical process industry
