_Our Client, a well-known Media and Digital Company is seeking a _Senior Project Manager_ to join their team. The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of SMALL-LARGE SIZE, potentially COMPLEX and HIGH-RISK Media Planning Application projects. This role will manage projects that deliver a Package SaaS solution to address global clients need to create, maintain and aggregate media plans and budgets. Future projects will work to increase the integration of this (or other) media planning systems with upstream inputs and downstream outputs. Projects will also work to develop standardized media planning practices. Successful projects starts with defining a business case that clearly articulate the value proposition and conclude with the delivery of the business case on schedule, within approved scope, within defined budget, and at quality standards as governed and set forth by the Program/Project Management Office (PMO), while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction._

_The packaged SaaS solution is Colspace MMP Media Planning solutions to prioritized client account teams. _


* Plans, schedules, and monitors execution of project tasks including

* Media Planning and reporting requirement gathering
* Master Data and Hierarchy collection
* Application Configuration
* Customization development and testing
* Testing
* Training
* Go-Live cutover planning
* Support Planning
* Support handover

* Establishes, leads and motivates project team to achieve project gaols
* Actively identifies, prioritizes and mitigates projects risks and issues
* Identifies project stakeholders, and communicates project progress, risks and issues regularly
* Monitors project spend against approved budget, anticipates shortages, and resolves financial issues
* Analyses project internal/external dependencies to ensure that critical path is defined and maintained
* Ensures that project artefacts are produced and maintained per PMO methodology
* Creation and management of Project Management tools and infrastructure
* Closes and transitions project to Operations; verifies stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes
* Carries out project activities using a standard project management package
* Manages Scope Change control


* Formal project management training/experience within a package solution delivery content area

* SaaS application delivery to client including

* Configuration management (vs. development management)
* Requirements gathering through questionnaires and iterative prototyping
* Business Process changes instead application customizations

* Ideal, but not required, media planning application experience and functionality
* Applications: MS-Office, Visio, MS-Project (Mandatory), OneDrive (a plus) and a Project and Portfolio Management Package (a plus)
* Advanced understanding of SaaS Application Delivery Life-cycles
* Demonstrated project management experience with SaaS client delivery project content knowledge
* Project Management certification desirable
* Media Planning Technology experience desirable
* Experience with partnering business to deliver business process standardization desirable
* Business outcome focused
* 6-8 Years of relevant experience
