Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Tax experience, preferably with personal property tax backgrounds. The Sr. Property Tax Accountant will work with the Tax Manager and staff to minimize the company’s property tax liability through timely compliance and active management of hundreds of store locations worldwide. br   br Job Responsibilities br   br • Timely preparation, filing and review of Personal Property Tax Renditions. br • Analyze assessment notices to determine protest/appeal opportunities for personal property and real estate on both owned and leased properties. br • Timely process payments of all personal property and real estate taxes to ensure the lowest tax liability allowed by law. br • Assist in the preparation and administration of property tax audits and appeals. br • Assist in general ledger account reconciliations and monthly accruals of property tax liability accounts. br • Assist in the preparation of annual property tax budgets. br • Use property tax research tools to support and identify tax savings opportunities. br • Accurately track, input and analyze property tax variables in OneSource. br   br Job Requirements br   br • Four year Accounting Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
