Job Description

Monitors and evaluates the quality of client request, insurance documents processed and reports. Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review. Provides information to assist in the feedback of individuals working on the Client Support teams, Lender Service, Insurance Integrity, IVD, EP, DE and DV teams. Typically requires one to two years of related experience.

The Senior Quality Control Technician is responsible for evaluating one or more of the Insurance Tracking processes and requires substantial knowledge of operating policies and procedures. The Senior Quality Control Technician is responsible for documenting auditing procedures, training other Quality Control Technicians and may also be responsible for implementation of new quality audits. An associate in this position should be able to identify areas where process improvements are needed for both the business unit and the for the quality team. Effective communication with all levels of management including members of the business unit through weekly dispute roundtables is essential. Senior Quality Control Technicians may be called upon to serve as Subject Matter Experts, to assist with various LOB and Quality Department projects, and other activities as assigned.

Required Skills

1.) At least 1 year of experience in Mortgage Insurance Tracking.
2.) Excellent communication skills
3.) Ability to work multiple tasks individually and as a team
4.) Working knowledge of the following systems

- Symphony Access
- Fidelity
- Zips
- Client Portal
- HPS

5.) Production and quality score at or above standard

Experience Required

Client Support experiance a plus.
