Brief Description
As a member of the Corporate Human Resources Team the
Senior Recruiter will directly support Business
Development, Finance, Global Supply Chain and Legal in
the recruiting, on-boarding, development and retention
of talent. This position will be location in Milwaukee,
WI and will report to the Director, Corporate Human
Resources & Compliance
Key Accountabilities
Executes talent acquisition strategies and processes
Works with hiring managers to develop job
specifications
Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, and
recommends candidates for on-site interviews.
Coordinates interview process and assessment of
candidates
Prepares and presents offers of employment
Maintains the applicant tracking system, which
includes posting open positions, tracking of candidates,
applicant flow, and system configuration.
Assists with diversity outreach programs
Manages college recruiting initiatives, including
scheduling and conducting student interviews
Initiates process improvement by analyzing current
processes and recommending improvements to obtain
greater efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Five years professional HR experience, with a minimum
of three years in professional talent acquisition
Bachelor s Degree
Capabilities and Success Factors
Experience with affirmative action plans
Extremely organized with excellent project management
skills
Self motivated with the ability to adapt to change
Acts with a strong sense of urgency and with a keen
attention to detail
Confidence in ability to work with associates of all
levels.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office software programs
including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
