Senior Requirements Analyst Position Description CGI is seeking a senior level (10+ years) Requirements Analyst with demonstrated, exceptional written and verbal communication skills to write detailed, high level business requirements and documentation in support of our telecommunications engagement. This is a full-time role with CGI, and all benefits begin on your first day of employment! Your future duties and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Write functional and technical user stories in an Agile environment Write high level business requirements in a web environment (DBR) Write detailed business requirements in a web environment (BIRD) Write requirement traceability documentation Assist the client in breaking down and assessing the scope of a project Understand the scope of functionality requested and facilitating requirement solicitation sessions Work closely with the creative teams to document the customer experience through the business requirements Review documentation provided by other members of the project to ensure that documentation is consistent with requested requirements Work closely with the business and technical personnel to identify gaps in requested functionality and offer innovative solutions and requests Work with business, technical and testing resources to clarify business requests and resolve issues Manage timelines and deliverables assigned Required qualifications to be successful in this role Requirements: Demonstrated relevant experience working projects in Agile (standard SDLC) methodology within a requirements or business analyst role, writing high level functional and technical user stories in a web (DBR, BIRD) environment Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reading comprehension skills Experience with project scope break-down and assessment A high level of proficiency and hands-on experience using Microsoft Office and related tools A four year Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus!
