Senior SAP Analyst, Manufacturing

The Senior SAP Analyst is responsible for ensuring the daily operation, and continued development of the relevant SAP module of SAP across multiple sites, in support of key business processes.
The role acts as the primary link between the business requirements, and the underlying capability of the SAP module, ensuring that the solutions delivered are robust, efficient and provide the maximum possible value to the business.This will include conducting the analysis of existing business processes, the identification and evaluation of possible business and technical solutions in response to business issues and improvement opportunities, the design of future processes, and the recommendation of options that best fit the business need within the strategic roadmap. Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience in a relevant business area.
- Master's degree in Information Systems or Business a plus.
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of SAP systems with a focus on Production Execution & Quality Management.Extensive SAP Configuration and User Support experience in and around the SAP Production Planning & Execution module, including multiple SAP implementations.
- Manufacturing Background preferred.
- FDA regulated industry manufacturing experience preferred
- Medical Device manufacturing experience a strong plus
- Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management a strong plus.
- International experience preferred.
- Abilityto travel within and outside the US without restriction a must have.
- Ability to travel with extended stays outside the US in UK, Europe, China a preferred.
- Extensive experience defining and implementing business process improvements with a strong focus on Manufacturing functional processes.
- Extensive Systems/Application Configuration and User Support experience in Manufacturing.
- Experience with multiple full Manufacturing and Quality Managementproject lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP module integration and downstream impacts.
- Experience implementing business analytics solutions using SAP BW and BO a plus.
- Experience of working in a Global matrix organization.
- ITIL, BPR, LSS, or PMP Certification a plus.
