The function of this position is to provide high level customer service in a timely manner including quote/order entry, order status, and punch list follow-up. This position encompasses all of the skills required of the Junior Sales Administrative position at an advanced level. This position will be responsible for supporting the sales staff, mentoring junior sales administrator and following up to make sure that we meet and exceed the customer's expectation of Delivering Perfect.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ST or OT)
Preparation of installation package/binder
Work with operations and vendor to adjust schedule (product split ships extended lead time, job site not ready/change in scope) if PM is involved they will help with this task.
Confirm delivery/installation dates with client - unless PM is involved
Constant communication with installer during installation to assure a smooth project
Address punchlist items that can be addressed in advance
Maintain punchlist documentation (dates, advise client)
Order punchlist items (if n/c required request)
Create laser and RA tickets when PM is not involved prompt freight claims
Invoice upon delivery and installation
Day two orders
Maintain client contact to ensure satisfaction
Input and set up new customers and vendors
Meet with bid groups and determine what is required based on bid (ensure brochures and samples are gathered if required)
Request warranty information
Product Mix Report
Work with Design, Sales and manufacturer during mock-up process
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Prior furniture or dealership experience a plus
Previous use with the Hedberg system a plus
Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Word)
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to take initiative and think proactively
Comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time
Proven organizational and time management skills
Possesses critical thinking capabilities to solve any issues
Understands and adheres to deadlines
Works well in a team environment
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ability to work additional hours as needed to support team and meet customer expectations is expected from time-to-time.
No travel is expected for this position.
