Job Description
Meet New Business monthly and quarterly sales goals by proactively prospecting and cold calling to prospective customers, managing the sales process and closing deals to generate new business
Identify and understand prospect’s business needs and educate client on recruitment and media solutions, and AJE’s OFCCP Job listing compliance solution. Consult with clients on their needs, develop client specific solutions and submit client proposals. Facilitate the sales process and bring closure
Manage assigned accounts/territory and build strong customer relationships both with new and established accounts. Identify additional sales opportunities within customer base by cross-selling and up-selling AJE product portfolio by venturing beyond standard career products
Grow and maintain a strong pipeline. Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives). Analyze client data, ROI, buying cycles, recruiting philosophy, target demographics
Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com. Reliably forecast business to accurately predict sales attainment.
Maintain current knowledge of AJE products, solution sets, customer applications, and competitive product differences. Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
Desired Skills & Experience
A Hunter who is not afraid to make cold calls to build the pipeline, hit the numbers and close deals
4-5 years of on-line recruitment advertising and services sales experience of which a minimum of 3 years of selling experience over the telephone
Demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales in a high pressure monthly and quarterly quota centric selling environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills, professional attitude; Superior verbal and written communication skills, Comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
Aggressive and goal oriented person with high personal drive, integrity and energy; Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
Team player, Ability to work with minimal supervision
High School/ Associate/Bachelors degree or relevant experience required
