We are looking for an exceptional Senior SalesRecruiter, someone with a solid track record of finding a high volume of impossible-to-close sales talent. You need to be an achievement-oriented recruiter: with a can do attitude, a sense of urgency and someone who quickly delivers high quality candidates. This role will focus on proactive sourcing (e.g. social networking, internet research, cold calling, regular networking at events & conferences).
A minimum of 5+ years working in full life cycle customer focus recruiting background, with an emphasis on salesrecruiting, preferably to enterprise sales field account executive level candidates. Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a robust pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet based sourcing. Evidence of recruiting passive top producing, award winning sales talent. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking. Be passionate about social media and savvy internet research.
