This Salesforce Analyst job requires a mission driven and ideally someone who is passionate about media, broadcasting, and unbiased journalism! br   br This Senior Salesforce job will be leading their newly established Business Intelligence function to enhance the BI and analytics capabilities at the institution.   The position works in and manages complex Cloud Applications & Platforms for production and development environments. The environments consist of /span B Salesforce.com /B (primary), B Google Analytics /B and any future B Cloud Applications and Platforms /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' . In addition to strong Salesforce.com experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data architecture, BI tools, CRM analytics and web analytics.  This position will report to the VP of Membership and Marketing, but will liaise with other senior management and key stakeholders.  This is a rare opportunity to join a leader in public media in a role that can be shaped and defined.   br   br Responsibilities for this Salesforce Analyst job include: /span br ul
li Manage business requirements, business needs, and business stakeholders from all divisions of the institution. /li li Design, configure and administration of Salesforce including but not limited to, Custom Objects, Workflow/Process Builder, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Visual Force Pages and Apex code. /li li Support the integration of third-party Force.com applications within the internal org. /li li Devise and drive robust processes to support current and planned technology development and operations. /li li Implement GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) aspects of BI and data management /li li Lead, schedule, and troubleshoot technical implementations, from data definitions to models to end user reporting. /li li Manage BI Tool implementation requirements and vendor. This includes audits and evaluations of production, development and sandbox deployments. /li li Maintain data integrity and transparency to increase data confidence across all business units that rely upon data /li li Optimize data warehousing for efficient reporting /li li Partner with senior management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions. /li li Mentor and guide departmental data analysts who service various business units /li /ul

li Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence space. /li li 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience /li li Solid knowledge of Data warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts and tools required, including Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, ETL, OLAP, etc. /li li Experience with building and growing a new BI / DW reporting system /li li Exceptional communicator comfortable with visualization tools /li li Able to articulate complex ideas in a clear a
